To anyone considering Mojo’s Music academy

My name is Jason Woody I’ve been playing bass for several years but once I found Mojo’s Music Academy it was like I was playing my bass for the first time, Paul (owner/my bass teacher) opened my eyes to so many things, he is an amazing bass player he introduced me to many different styles and many different players such as, James Jamerson, Marcus Miller, Jaco Pastorius and much more to help me form a diverse style of playing. But Paul doesn’t just teach you the song he makes sure you know what you’re doing and you know the theory behind what you play. When I first came to Paul I had so many dreams that seemed so far away. Paul has helped make those dreams achievable. There is one dream that I thought would never happen but Paul helped bring that dream to a reality, the dream of getting accepted into the “Musicians Institute” in Hollywood California… but we worked hard and he even help me with recording demos for my admissions package he also greatly assisted me with writing letters and provided a great reference.

After all those long hours of decantation were put in to my admissions application we waited for about two weeks finely I received a call from the “Musicians Institute” telling me “CONGRATULATIONS YOUR ACCEPTED!” I know with out Paul’s help it would have been much more difficult for me to get into the Musicians Institute, Iam starting school in fall of 2009. I know now that if I could get into music school, a dream I though was not possible I can do anything with my music. So anyone that wants to learn more with there instruments and take your skills to the next level and beyond, I highly recommend Mojo’s Music Academy. I want to Say thank you to Mojo’s and especially Paul for helping make my dream come true!
